The notice fee (£35 for each notice) will be taken when the appointment is booked by credit or debit card. For your convenience, we offer some out of hours appointments on Saturdays and Thursday evenings. There is an additional charge of £20 for an out of hours appointment.

The current statutory fee for a certificate is £11.

The Castle Suite, Priory Hall, Dudley – seats a maximum 24 guests

• This is a delightful ceremony room offering a less formal ceremony for £46.00 for Dudley borough residents on Mondays and Tuesdays. Ceremonies on Thursdays and Fridays cost £160 (£170 from 1st April 2022).
• If neither the bride or groom reside in the Dudley Borough at the time notice is given, the ceremony fee for the Castle Suite is £160.00 Monday to Friday (£170 from 1st April 2022).
• A Saturday ceremony in the Castle Suite is £220 (£230 from 1st April 2022).

The Wollescote Suite, Thomas Robinson Building, Cemetery Road, Lye, Stourbridge– seats a maximum 58 guests

Please note the fees are for the registrars attending an approved premise to officiate at your ceremony. Additional fees will be payable to the venue.

Please add £11.00 to the above fees for each marriage or civil partnership certificate issued at the time of your ceremony.

The statutory fee to give notice is £35.00 each. This fee will be taken at the time the appointment is booked.

The ceremony takes place in a working office where there are no music or photographic opportunities.
